Makes 6 Creme Brulee's
Ingredients
500ml Double Cream1 Vanilla Pod (or Vanilla essence with seeds)
100g Caster Sugar

Preheat the Oven -150 C
Pour the Cream into a Saucepan and Add the Vanilla Seeds from the Pod (or Essence)
If you used a Vanilla Pod then Cut it into Small Pieces and Add to the Cream
Boil the Cream and then Leave to Simmer gently (5 Minutes)
Beat the Eggs Yolks and Sugar Until Light and Fluffy :)
Boil the Cream Once More and Pour Over the Eggs Until Lovely and Thick.
Sieve into a Large Jug and then Serve into Little Ramekins (2/3rds Full)
Place onto a Baking Tray and Pour Hot Water Until Halfway up the Outsides...Be Careful!
Put Into the Oven and Bake for 40-45 minutes ... Until a Deliciously Custardy (and a bit Soft in the Middle)
Remove from the Water and Set Aside to Cool ... You can now Paint Your Nails, Go for a Walk, Relax!
For the Finishing Touches Sprinkle on Some Caster Sugar and Caramelise (Either With a Blow Tourch or as we did Under the Grill)
Now Make Beautiful and Add the Summer Fruit ... Enjoy!
